Time for the Raptors to Tare

Canadian Basketball fans have waited too long for a competitive basketball team. Is this year the year?

You would have to be living in the Jurassic period if you thought the Raptors Franchise had been a success up until now. Average teams, average lists and average support is about all you could say about them. Some would argue that these were kind words. The Raptors just might be on track this year to scrape into the playoffs. That in itself isn’t something to write home about but for this struggling team it appears to be a sign that things are moving in the right direction.

The Eastern Conference is far from strong at the moment outside of the obvious class outfits like the Celtics, Cavs, Magic and probably the Hawks. The Raptors have another 50+ games to show what they can do. They just need to do it. They have had a reasonable start and at their best they look great - so the time is certainly now.
